Key Responsibilities
  • Edit captivating real estate video presentations using advanced software, combining stunning footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features.
  • Develop visually appealing narratives that align with modern real estate buyer expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos within a set timeframe, ideally completing one video per shift and a second video from that batch the next day.
  • Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources, maintaining color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately, especially for high-stakes listings or brand-driven content.
  • Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert-level Final Cut Pro experience, including multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading.
  • Proven track record of editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • Strong design and composition sense, particularly in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback, with strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
  • Access to a fast Mac editing setup and a reliable internet connection to support remote editing workflows.
