Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

You will work closely with our global talent acquisition marketing team to deliver content that meets the needs of our international clients. Your strategic thinking and creativity will be essential in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that achieve our business objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including creating and launching paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our overall social media strategy.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media marketing and has experience working with various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. If you have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of search engine optimization, then we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Create and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our overall social media strategy.

Develop and implement effective social media strategies that achieve our business objectives.

Requirements:

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform (Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.

Able to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from creative design program.

Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
