Social Media Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency, strong copywriting and content creation skills, solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting, and familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
