Test Engineering Role

This role focuses on ensuring the quality of software applications, specifically Salesforce CRM.

As a test engineer in this position, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling testing activities to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test cases relevant to the application's behavior, functionality and integrity.
  • Review requirements for testability and determine test conditions/test objectives.
  • Consult with clients on user and systems requirements when documentation is insufficient.
  • Execute test cases, report results and raise/close defects as necessary.
  • Provide estimates for test resources (time, people, environments) and create reports.
Required Skills:
  • At least 3 years' experience in testing Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other areas of SDLC/STLC.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Ability to manage the defect process and provide excellent stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team responsible for large-scale projects.
