Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with local and company regulations, coordinating risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular inspections on-site, coordinating findings with process owners and ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Provide SHE Awareness and training with stakeholders, including contractors and third-party partners.
  • Collaborate with safety officers to implement effective Contractor Safety Management practices.
Requirements
  • Must have experience working in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment in a manufacturing setting.
  • Preferably have licensure and/or certification as a Safety Officer as prescribed by DOLE (SO 2-4).
  • Preferably has experience and/or certification familiar with Fire Code of the Philippines, DOLE BWC Occupational Safety & Health Standards, and DENR-EMB Environmental Permitting Requirements.
  • Preferably with Pollution Control Officer training and experience.
