Job Description:

First Multi Tech Industrial & Development Corp. seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to perform technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical field of study, with knowledge on operating, repairs, and maintenance of generator sets or related equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.
  • Conduct aircon repair and maintenance, inspecting electrical panels, temperature, rectifiers, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or performing other maintenance actions following checklists.
  • Inspect and test equipment to locate damage or worn parts, diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders to determine required repairs.
  • Repair and rebuild defective mechanical parts in generator sets and related equipment using hand tools and power tools.
  • Report site situations requiring supervisorial actions or decisions to the maintenance engineer or supervisor.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports of PM activities.
Requirements:
  • Preferrably with NCII (DOMRAC) certification.
  • Vocational-technical course graduates in electrical or mechanical field of study.
  • Knowledgeable in aircon maintenance.
  • At least one year working experience in the same capacity or background.
