Job Title: Visual Content Creator

This role involves creating custom designs for various products, utilizing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to ensure high-quality work. The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver timely results while maintaining color accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare digital files for different output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards.
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted and easily accessible.
  • Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes.
  • Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks to identify and correct errors or deviations from project specifications.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
System Requirements:
  • Processor: Intel i5-10th gen and above.
  • RAM: 8 GB (16 GB is preferred).
  • Storage: 256 GB (500 GB to 1 TB extra storage is preferred).
  • GPU: 2 GB (4 GB is preferred).

As a Visual Content Creator, you will work on creative backend tasks such as file preparation, color management, layout adjustment, quality control, and asset management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
