Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager / Accountant (CPA, Tax Knowledge Required) to join our team at Cedar Havana Company. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement effective accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure seamless audit and tax filing processes
• Provide expert advice on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial performance and efficiency

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A CPA license and strong knowledge of tax regulations
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively
• Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
