Nursery Supervisor Job Description

Leslie Farms, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the overall activities of the Nursery section, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor activities, address any deviations, and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with Production Manager and Farm Manager to address matters related to the Nursery section.
  • Ensure bio-security protocols are followed and health conditions are properly monitored.
  • Plan working schedules, prepare inventory reports, and attend regular meetings.
  • Oversee vaccination protocols, maintain cleanliness, and train and supervise personnel.
  • Discuss operations with animal production staff and demonstrate good leadership skills.
