Driving the adoption of digital workplace solutions across a conglomerate requires strategic leadership and expertise.

About the Job
  • This role entails leading the implementation and integration of digital technologies to enhance employee productivity and experience.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Developing and executing comprehensive adoption plans, incorporating training, communication, and hands-on guidance for key activities.
  2. Staying updated on product roadmaps and new features, identifying relevant ones for employees and driving their adoption.
  3. Identifying opportunities for applying industry best practices across the organization and designing programs to leverage these opportunities.
  4. Serving as a subject matter expert, supporting end-users with inquiries and issues related to digital workplace solutions.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of adoption metrics and recommending data-driven improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Capability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
