Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports of client entities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in meeting deadlines
  • Full set of bookkeeping functions, including monthly reconciliation of bank balances and securities quantity balances
  • Revaluation of year-end balances, such as foreign currency revaluation and calculation of fair value adjustments for investments
  • Preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statements with proper working papers
  • Monitoring and following up with administrators for client entity transactions and obtaining necessary supporting documents
  • Liaising with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines

You will work closely with our team to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CPA designation or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in client accounting and taxation
  • Excellent bookkeeping and reconciliation abilities
  • Ability to prepare financial statements and other financial reports
  • Excellent financial analysis and numeracy skills, plus attention to detail
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • Ability to work with team members, administrators, and clients to meet tight deadlines

Bonus points if you have expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word, and experience in using Viewpoint or related accounting systems.
