Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Submit statutory reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Support audits, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with departments for data and reports.
  • Suggest improvements to financial reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • CPA license is preferred but not required.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
