Digital Marketing Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives, overseeing end-to-end campaigns that drive tangible results.
This role offers the autonomy to build, measure, and scale campaigns, enabling you to make a meaningful impact.
Main Responsibilities:- Owning all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting efforts
- Managing external partnerships with SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors
- Overseeing paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google; expanding into TikTok/YouTube platforms
- Executing segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot
- Developing workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs): visitors, leads, cost per lead, return on ad spend
- Conducting ongoing tests across creatives, offers, and landing pages
- Collaborating with Sales & Operations teams to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs
- Minimum 3 years of marketing management experience (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency with HubSpot (marketing + sales automation software)
- Experience managing external vendors/freelancers
- Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email marketing strategies
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with KPIs and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
