Job Title: Digital Commerce Director

Manage and optimize the online presence of a prominent e-commerce business.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in web-based applications

Utilize our custom-built web interface for creating customer e-commerce sites, adhering to internal project guidelines (CORE) and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for build information submission.

Maintain and update existing customer e-commerce sites based on requests from an online ticketing system.

Update items, customers, and locations in the PeopleSoft ERP system via the PeopleSoft web interface, ensuring synchronization with the e-commerce platform.

Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and website elements to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.

Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from sales associates and customers via email and phone.

Collaborate with integrated partners to coordinate template/product integration and testing on external systems.

Prepare implementation letters and completion certificates.

Manage site build deadlines and assist with ticket service level agreements for existing site maintenance requests.

Coordinate with sales associates and customer service teams to hand off projects upon completion.

Requirements:
