Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating, launching, and monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple regions.

Your primary objective will be to attract potential candidates to apply with our company. To achieve this, you will provide consultative approach to regional teams on paid advertising types and campaigns based on platform knowledge in collaboration with regional team members' market insights.

You will also independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform (e.g., Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). You should also be knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment, are essential. You should be able to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from a creative design program, is required. Fluency in English is required, and additional language proficiency is a plus.
