We are an innovative and engaging digital marketing agency with over 500 employees and numerous clients. Our goal is to grow sales while giving our clients peace of mind knowing everything on Amazon is taken care of.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide direction and coaching to the social team to ensure high-quality output.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing across various social media platforms.
  • Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns, tracking performance and results.
  • Maintain brand voice and deliver quality engagement across all channels.
  • Ensure timely delivery of YouTube timestamps, WordPress content, and other required assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative approaches to drive reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with managers and peers to align social strategies with broader business initiatives.
  • Utilize project management tools to drive accountability and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Skilled in balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, campaign development, analytics, and performance optimization.
