Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall sales objectives, goals, and revenue of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the company's sales objectives across all regions in the country are met.
  • Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  • Lead the sales team, suggesting manpower requirements, conducting performance reviews, and proposing reward activities.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program to keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings, providing new and innovative training for the sales team.
  • Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods, setting competitive pricing, and providing discounts, as well as recording data about sales trends in individual territories.
  • Work with distributors and dealers to establish proper displays, product knowledge, and create strategies for the business.
  • Responsible for the marketing and advertising activities for CBY products, creating productive marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand identity in all correspondence and campaigns.
  • Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
  • Responsible for exceptional customer service and for the overall clients' satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Business Course.
  • At least 3 solid years in FMCG.
  • At least 5 years as a Manager.
  • Speaks English and Chinese.

Work Arrangement:

  • On-site (CBY Head Office).
  • Schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n.
