Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into visually appealing, bespoke UIs.
  • Oversee end-to-end design for client delivery projects and solution showcases.
  • Adapt core product features and UI patterns to accommodate diverse client use cases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate rapidly.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect visuals, smooth interactions, and strict adherence to brand/design-system standards.
  • Conduct rapid usability checks and deliver value-driven refinements on tight timelines.

Requirements
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful client-facing applications or websites.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX designs under deadlines.

  • Structured design process including research, sketching, prototyping, testing, and handoff.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Insurance industry experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
