  • Manage daily accounting operations for multiple short-term rental properties, including reconciliations and tracking of income and expenses.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, merchant accounts, and booking platform payouts to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Track occupancy taxes, fees, and commissions from various rental platforms, providing insights into revenue growth.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with property managers or hosts to optimize budget adherence and expense management.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments to vendors, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry, with proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically.
