Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage financial records, reconcile statements, and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions remotely.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner to maintain cash flow and minimize delays.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets, to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax requirements, regulations, and laws.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as an accounting professional with a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, including ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance, including preparation of W-2s and 1099s.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
