Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance within the designated area.
  • Develop and execute distributor sales processes, account and area specific strategies, and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plans.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility based on RPS standards set.
  • Utilize data from the Distributor Team in developing the area's monthly, quarterly and annual volume forecast by SKU and by category.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews and monthly S&OP meetings with the distributor's management team.
  • Conduct fieldworks and on-the-job training/learning sessions for distributor sales personnel, document learning and review performance, identify gaps, and formulate training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in distributor management, preferably in an FMCG company.
  • Good negotiation skills and people management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership with a growth mindset.
  • Possession of Driver's License Restrictions 1 and 2 (non-negotiable).
