Job Overview

The ideal candidate will engage with pediatric offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to educate them on the benefits, science, and applications of our prebiotic/microbiome product line.

This is a consultative sales role that focuses on clinical education, building trust, and helping providers understand the science and patient benefits behind our microbiome-focused products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with pediatric offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to educate them on the benefits, science, and applications of our prebiotic/microbiome product line.
  • Make 20–30 quality outbound calls per day, focusing on relationship-building rather than high-volume sales pitches.
  • Conduct consultative conversations, addressing provider questions with scientific accuracy and professionalism.
  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Enter order details into systems such as Shopify.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.
  • Represent the brand with authenticity, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) — Pediatric nursing experience highly desirable
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Registered Dietitian
  • Or other healthcare-related qualification with strong scientific literacy
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Comfortable discussing microbiome science, probiotics, and general pediatric health.
  • Familiarity with sales and communication platforms such as RingCentral, Shopify, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
