**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned security expert to lead our assurance initiatives and drive data integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Leadership: Lead and manage security assurance programs ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Audit Management: Oversee external audits and collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation.
  • Security Gap Analysis: Assess and identify gaps in security controls and develop strategies for remediation.
  • Security Strategy Development: Serve as a subject matter expert on security frameworks and influence the organization's security strategy.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement security standards and policies in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to evaluate the security posture of the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent security practices across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in information security with a focus on security assurance and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as HITRUST CSF and ISO 27001.
  • Proven track record in managing external audit engagements and implementing effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
