  9. The Accounting Specialist will address tenant inquiries related to billing, payments, and financial matters.
  10. Finally, they will provide assistance in resolving issues related to rent adjustments, late fees, or payment plans.
Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent is required.
  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is necessary for this position.
