Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our service station operations in Benguet and Ilocos Area.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining smooth service station operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, systems, and procedures. They will also recommend key operational and administrative procedures to improve business activities.
About the Role:- Monitor and manage service station operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety.
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee station operations and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, service station operations, and administration.
- Strong management, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated monthly salary of ₱120,000 - ₱180,000 depending on experience.
