Job Description:1. Responsible for performing in-store selling knowledgeable courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.2. Attends and assists the customer in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size.3. Directs the customers to the nearest counter for the payment of the merchandise4. Replenish stocks on display and ensures availability of stocks in the selling area5. Arranges display of stocks. Maintains good housekeeping through proper storage, cleanliness and orderliness of the work area to ensure a systematic flow of work and prevents accidents.6. Adheres to the guidelines and policies relative to the store's campaign on customer service7. Safeguards merchandise in his/her area from shoplifting, breakage and damages.8. Ensure that merchandise is displayed according to the standards9. Execute the daily operational, day to day goals and priorities assigned by store management
