We are seeking an experienced EDI Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing production support and coordinating new EDI implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor EDI systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain uninterrupted business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor EDI communications to ensure timely data exchange with partners
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution
  • Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations
  • Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency
  • Manage aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers
  • Execute daily transportation requirements, including tracking and scheduling shipments and providing status updates to internal teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field
  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field
  • Experience in EDI
  • Preferred: Experience in Warehouse Distribution, Order Picking and Buying

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
