Mental Health Program

The primary objective of this program is to improve the mental health and well-being of clients. This requires developing personalized mental health strategies and implementing them through teleconsultations and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless alignment between consultations and our teleconsultation protocols by integrating our scheduling system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Mental Health team for client triaging, escalations, and developing comprehensive mental health interventions.
  • Coordinate with our Mental Health team and other representatives to establish aligned protocols, provide regular operational reports, and assist with additional requests related to the mental health program.
  • Affess clients' mental and emotional well-being through proactive wellness check-ins and emergency response planning.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of our mental health program and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology;
  • Willingness to work remotely during peak hours;
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications;
  • Background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs preferred;
