Production Specialist

- Ensuring Compliance: It is essential to verify that all tests for raw materials and production premixes/color mixes adhere to approved procedures and specifications. Any non-conforming products must be held, reported, and documented accurately.
- Process Oversight: Conduct process control testing in accordance with established procedures, and promptly hold non-conforming products.
- Sample Management: Receive, test, and store required samples according to protocols. Retention samples must be maintained as per documented procedures.
- Certificates of Analysis: Prepare certificates for finished goods upon request from authorized personnel.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain laboratory equipment in a clean and functional state, and report needs for maintenance or replacement to the responsible Quality Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
