Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Creative Content Strategist to fuel our growth by creating high-performing ad creatives. This individual will be the bridge between our internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a constant flow of engaging content across multiple platforms.

The Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across various paid platforms.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
