Job Description:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Determine the priority and criticality of requirements to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee that systems meet client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing work instructions, help desk support, and training users.
  • Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
  • Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications, and implementing process improvements.
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in the Business Systems Analyst field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn new applications and system features quickly.
  • Dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience and takes initiative toward improving it.
  • Ability to articulate technical and functional concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Visio.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management.
  • Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
