About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Archangel Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs, developing system requirements, and ensuring the quality of system development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze user needs and develop system requirements to support overall business strategies.
  2. Design and implement system solutions to meet client expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure effective communication among team members.
  5. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee that systems meet client expectations.
  6. Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications, and implementing process improvements.
  7. Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  8. Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  9. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in the Business Systems Analyst field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn new applications and system features quickly.
  • Dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience and takes initiative toward improving it.
  • Ability to articulate technical and functional concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Visio.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management.
  • Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
