Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Description:

  • Seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounts receivable process from invoicing to reconciliation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial analysis with a focus on managing accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and account maintenance.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and basic analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Handle accounts payable, payment processing, and ensure timely and accurate transaction execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records, handle client communications, and support the overall financial strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Strong background in accounts receivable processes, preferably in Australian markets.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with remote teams.
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written).
