Product Development Leadership

As a product leader, you will play a pivotal role in steering product development from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with organizational goals and objectives, while driving innovation and success.

Your ability to make data-driven decisions and understand market and customer needs will be crucial to achieving product success and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aligning product strategy with overall business objectives through collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Developing and maintaining the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Planning and executing A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coaching and mentoring other product leaders and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a product owner or product manager (or similar roles).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX.
