Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and proposing measures to correct or improve the creative quality of our customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinizes customers' requests efficiently to guarantee they adhere to our quality control standards.
  • Maintain high productivity and efficiency while reviewing an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
  • Examine customer concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations and observations to enhance our quality outputs.
  • Perform technical reviews and provide well-founded feedback to creatives on requests on creative requests within our scope of service.
  • Adheres to established quality control procedures while utilizing our platform functionalities correctly.
  • Collaborates closely with Quality Specialist teammates and Quality Coordinator to streamline the handling of the quality review queue efficiently.
  • Remains well-informed about the latest updates and pertinent information concerning the creative review process.
  • Generates weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and creative quality of clients' requests.
  • Actively offers feedback to the Quality Coordinator regarding Quality Team procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks within the scope of our services.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in the review of creative output.
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues in creative works, covering aesthetic and technical considerations.
  • Capacity to effectively comprehend information, ensuring a thorough review of requests based on client details and ticket specifications.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills essential for maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience and knowledge of the creative industry, coupled with a constant drive to stay informed on evolving industry trends.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, facilitating clear and concise interactions.
