About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Hospitality Expert to join our team at Alpha Infinity Holding Corp.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and guide them to their seats, providing menus as needed
  • Take orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper identification for those ordering alcohol, and serve drinks accurately and promptly
  • Engage with guests, answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and address any concerns or requests
  • Maintain cleanliness by ensuring tables are clean and sanitized, clearing empty glasses and dishes, and keeping a tidy work area
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash drawers as required
  • Promote bar events and specials to inform guests of happy hour deals, special promotions, or upcoming events
  • Collaborate effectively with bartenders, barbacks, and other staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
Essential Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Strong communication skills, with clear and concise communication to take orders accurately, provide information, and interact with guests and staff
  • Familiarity with common drinks, cocktails, and beer styles, including ingredients, preparation methods, and serving standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize orders, and maintain a steady pace during busy periods
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, carry trays of drinks, and potentially assist with food service
Working Conditions and Schedule

Our Bar Hospitality Experts typically work in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of noise and activity. They often work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on our schedule.
