- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about promotions and services
- Take reservations details and oversee delivery and payment

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field
- At least one to two years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in English or the language of the account
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to remain patient and composed under pressure
- Confidence in speaking and presenting information to customers
