Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Officer, HR Recruiting Coordinator (Night Shift)- Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines. This role involves providing operations support services, including record maintenance, account management, imaging, and storage and retrieval of records. The successful candidate will also serve as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis and documentation of current and future state of Client Reports and Advices
  • Provide regular status updates for all project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates
  • Work with Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on regulatory business requirements
  • Serve as primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Create training sessions, webcast demos, and write User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios against specified requirements
  • Create and manage project plans and act as project manager for follow-ups across various departments
  • Deliver regulatory client deliverables, such as legal statements, performance reporting, advices, letters, notices
  • Fulfill client needs while providing exceptional client experience

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of client reporting across industry and competitors
  • Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
