Job Title: Content Marketing Strategist
Job Overview

As a seasoned content marketing professional, you will own the full content engine and work closely with the Head of Marketing to shape editorial strategy. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content that drives business results.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement an effective content calendar, producing content across various formats, including articles, reports, case studies, and video scripts.
  • Develop and drive content strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust.
  • Repurpose content effectively, turning one big idea into multiple pieces of content across channels, all with specific purposes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Measure and optimize content performance, tracking traffic, engagement, leads, and pipeline influence to refine what works.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing, with a proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to switch between thought leadership, social copy, and client case studies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle deadlines without dropping balls.
  • A data-driven mindset, with a love for experimentation, measurement, and optimization.
