Role Overview:

The Product Management Assistant at Pioneer Your Insurance reports to the Product Management Lead, supporting the revenue growth goals by providing competitive and relevant insurance products and services while minimizing time to market.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing and managing the life cycle of life insurance products
  2. Coordinating with various distribution channels and business support units to ensure effective execution of product management initiatives
  3. Collaborating with Marketing and other functions to define product positioning, identify target markets, and implement product promotions
  4. Evaluating market competition by comparing Pioneer's insurance products to competitors' offerings
  5. Assessing existing product lines and recommending continuance, discontinuance, or enhancements
  6. Providing regular updates on product development efforts and sales experience to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in the life insurance industry is a plus
  3. Strong project planning, people coordination, financial, analytical, and research skills
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization
