Job Title: Procurement Expert

As a key member of our Global Procurement Strategy and Reporting function, you will have the opportunity to lead and support initiatives that shape procurement operations across global, regional, local, and MBPS teams. This strategic role empowers procurement teams to make informed, strategic decisions by ensuring data integrity, optimizing reporting systems, and leading process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in business modeling and/or management reporting, with proven competence in advanced Excel functions (macros and scripts) and other Microsoft applications. They will also have a strong understanding of common querying languages (e.g. SQL) and visualization tools, especially PowerBI (or other tools like QlikView and Tableau as an alternative).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support initiatives that shape procurement operations across global, regional, local, and MBPS teams.
  • Ensure data integrity, optimize reporting systems, and lead process improvements to empower procurement teams to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive meaningful impact through insights and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of bachelor's degree or above with 3-5 years of business modeling and management reporting experience.
  • Strong knowledge in business modeling and/or management reporting.
  • Proven competence in advanced Excel functions (macros and scripts) and other Microsoft applications.
  • Strong understanding of common querying languages (e.g. SQL) and visualization tools, especially PowerBI (or other tools like QlikView and Tableau as an alternative).
