Job Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for optimizing paid media campaigns and collaborating with a marketing team to drive performance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns, ensuring timely execution and optimal performance.
  • Upload and manage creative assets, ad copy, and track changes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and daily performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
  • Support data analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate trackers and campaign documentation to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct research on keywords, audiences, and competitors to enhance campaign targeting and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain expertise and adapt to changing market conditions.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and PPC strategies.
