About the Role

The Financial Services Representative will be responsible for:

  • Soliciting new accounts and deepening existing relationships to generate targeted sales volume or assets under management (AUM) and revenues/income for the bank.
  • Developing and maintaining a good network of prospective clients and referrals and systematically planning and scheduling calls/visits.
  • Conducting regular client calls and visits to identify clients' investment needs and service requirements and to also explore other opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Sales and Business Development: Solicit new accounts and develop/deepen existing accounts in order to generate and meet targeted sales volume or assets under management (AUM) and revenues/income for the bank.
  2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a good network of prospective clients and referrals and systematically plan and schedule calls/visits.
  3. Client Service: Conduct regular client calls and visits to identify clients' investment needs and service requirements and to also explore other opportunities for growth.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure proper, complete, and regular up-to-date client information as required in account opening documents, risk profile, and other transaction documentation. Ensure that all bank and government regulations are followed, including Know Your Client (KYC) and AMLA.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A team player with the skills to carry themselves with an air of confidence towards their clients in order to lead them into a successful business transaction that will help the business units grow.
  • At least a 4-year graduate on any business-related degree.
