Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, incorporating a range of formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and social learning.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, identifying areas for improvement and informing future developments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and HR professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation strategies.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
