We are seeking a highly skilled Game Designer who can design slot game mechanics from the ground up, balancing entertainment value with performance. This includes base gameplay, bonus features, progression systems, and monetization models.

• Design and Develop Gameplay Mechanics: Create innovative and engaging gameplay experiences by designing slot game mechanics, including base gameplay, bonus features, progression systems, and monetization models.
• Define and Optimize Game Parameters: Collaborate with math and analytics teams to ensure gameplay aligns with commercial goals and regulatory standards by defining and optimizing core game parameters such as Return to Player (RTP) and Volatility.
• Craft User Experience: Own the player journey by crafting intuitive UX flows and engaging UI layouts that complement the game mechanics and enhance the overall experience.
• Develop Comprehensive Game Design Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive game design documentation, including feature specs, wireframes, user flows, game logic diagrams, and math model descriptions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Mathematicians, Developers, Artists, Producers, and QA to ensure alignment and successful execution from concept to live game.
• Playtest and Analyze Prototypes: Regularly playtest and analyze prototypes and production builds, providing clear feedback and actionable suggestions to refine gameplay and balance.
