Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and direction of our ETL pipelines. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing their performance, resilience, and transparency.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for making informed decisions regarding technology, platform, and architectural strategies to optimize our data pipeline infrastructure. This includes developing and implementing processes to ensure seamless data flow, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive technology strategy and implementation.
  • Enhance ETL pipeline performance, resilience, and transparency.
  • Develop and own foundational components of our product by integrating customer data into our data warehouse.
  • Establish and maintain internal guidelines and best practices for departmental operations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a data engineer with Python as the primary language.
  • Strong DevOps skills in a Linux environment, including CI/CD, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Experience evaluating and selecting technologies (e.g., Docker, Airflow, Kubernetes) to support scalability and data pipeline orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to define technical standards, internal best practices, and documentation for a growing team.
