Job Description

As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting with financial reporting, managing accounts receivable, recording customer/supplier payments, and reconciling bank balances. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring accurate financial records and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of financial reports and schedules
  • Management of Accounts Receivable (AR) and other accounting tasks as assigned
  • Recording customer and supplier payment collections
  • Reconciliation of general ledger bank balances
  • Monitoring and controlling office supplies inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and prior experience in a manufacturing company is considered an asset. You must be amendable to face-to-face interviews and able to work on-site.
