Client Relationship Manager

As a seasoned Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients' online businesses. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts to drive growth and satisfaction.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that specializes in Amazon brand management. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and execute strategies to maximize revenue and optimize listings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Manage client accounts, including setting up and maintaining seller central accounts, optimizing product listings, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of Amazon's policies and procedures.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
