Job Overview

We are seeking a Department Head to lead our team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing people and coordinating department activities to ensure quality and timeliness.

Your primary focus will be on driving employee engagement and customer satisfaction initiatives while ensuring quality control. You will also be responsible for upskilling team members to help achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in meeting performance targets by planning, organizing, and directing department functions effectively.
  • Evaluate department processes and recommend necessary changes based on analysis.
  • Supervise staff according to company policies and procedures.
  • Set employee goals and conduct performance reviews.
  • Contribute to staff scheduling, including work assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and shift rotations.
  • Certainly, monitor key deliverables for process associates and analyze data to improve individual performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or back-office roles.
  • Office experience is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Good documentation skills, including screening, archiving, and retrieval.
  • Effective people management skills.
  • Self-learning and development orientation.
