
Strategic Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Campaign Specialist works closely with the marketing managers in planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns, incorporating the appropriate marketing tools and channels to communicate brand and value propositions, and to generate direct and indirect revenue. This role also involves managing marketing campaigns and ad-hoc duties to drive operational efficiencies and performance in team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with various marketing and cross-functional teams to coordinate and prioritize key marketing projects, adhere to timelines, and update marketing managers on a regular basis.
- Proactively manage and update campaign marketing plans.
- Manage multiple marketing projects from start to end.
- Support and run other marketing projects (product and online marketing), if necessary.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on established business and marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing initiatives and campaigns to meet identified needs to drive brand awareness, POS, new leads, retention, and/or revenue.
- Assist in new product launch plans and roll out to customers as applicable.
- Alignment with marketing function area needs.
- Development and execution of marketing tactics.
- Support marketing managers on marketing plan development, brand, product, or marketing of specialized areas.
- Generate creative and innovative ideas that can be carried out into impactful marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining key business partner relationships.
- Specialize in either product marketing or segment marketing.
- Content management and copywriting.
- ADHOC: Manage data for updates, duplicates, follow-up, fulfillment, and post-reporting.
- Various monthly tasks provided by marketing managers.
- Executing special projects/assignments on a needed basis.
Bachelor's degree holder.
Okay with working night shifts and following US holidays.
Preferably with at least one year of experience in doing marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in content management and copywriting is a plus.
Knowledgeable in project management tools like Monday.
Com, CRM, Salesforce is a plus.
Knowledgeable in SalesPro and Pardot (*preferred*)
Confident in dealing effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to calmly organize and prioritize your workload as you will be working across many different customer groups.
- Experience in marketing tools and project management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to relate information into actionable recommendations to optimize sales, marketing, and business initiatives.
- Proven customer service skills and strong customer focus required.
- Ability to learn various internal customer, sales tools, and related applications.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the sales organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust.
- Ability to take direction and work independently yet can work in a team-driven atmosphere.
